FSX Management: Our Current Initiatives and Future Strategy

I established FSX Management in 2020, two years after dropping out of college at George Mason University and 17 years after immigrating to the United States from Ethiopia. At the time of leaving college, I was only 25 credits away from completing my bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in Economics. Finance and economics have always fascinated me. Though I didn’t formalize my business license until August 3 2020, the decision to start a company named FSX Management was made in 2018. "FS" comes from my first two initials, and the "X" is inspired by my favorite TV series, "Billions," featuring the hedge fund manager Bobby Axelrod, who owns a company called Axe Capital. Initially, I considered naming the company FSX Capital, but it felt too narrowly focused on investments. When I heard about David Tepper, the former Goldman Sachs partner and founder of Appaloosa Management, purchasing the NFL team The Panthers, I decided to name my company FSX Management, with plans to initially focus on consulting and research and later pivot into investment.

FSX Management is adept and experienced in helping small businesses, startups, and struggling companies achieve their business goals. We understand what it takes to create a successful business and offer services ranging from launching effective marketing campaigns to improving products, managing supply chains, and implementing systems to manage customer and employee relationships efficiently. For example, if the owner of a struggling business seeks our assistance, we conduct a comprehensive analysis from product development to customer relationship management (CRM), utilizing every tool at our disposal to save and grow their business.

Our research division at FSX Management is tasked with identifying profitable business opportunities across various industries, including retail, technology, finance, and real estate. Once we identify a promising opportunity, we develop strategies to enhance the business. Upon completing our research, business plans, and cost analysis, we package the business and reach out to accredited investors to invest in our projects. For instance, we have developed business plans for projects such as PinHR, a technology company facilitating the hiring process for new employees, and plans to open more than 25 Ethiopian restaurants in 25 major cities in the US and Canada over the next 15 years.

Looking ahead, my ambition for the next ten years includes expanding FSX Management to include an investment division focusing on technology, finance, and entertainment. I firmly believe that the sky is the limit.

At FSX Management, we firmly believe that any business can succeed with the right strategies. We ensure that businesses have the tools to fuel their growth, unlock their potential, and dominate their industries. Additionally, we believe there are numerous opportunities to identify profitable businesses that we can enhance and grow with minor improvements across different industries.

For FSX Management, the best is yet to come. I believe I have created a company that can make the world a better place. While I recognize the challenges ahead, I am determined to elevate FSX Management to new heights while making a positive impact. In the words of the comedian Kevin Hart, "Everybody wants to be famous, but nobody wants to do the work." Similarly, I am committed to the hard work required to achieve success with FSX Management. It’s all about making adjustments as you go and immersing yourself in pursuit of your next goal.
