Faisale Shefawe founded FSX Management in 2020 after leaving George Mason University with just 25 credits remaining to complete his bachelor's degree in finance and minor in Economics. Originally from Ethiopia, he immigrated to the United States in 2003 and attended McLean High School in Fairfax.

 Without a clear vision for his company, Faisale aimed to offer affordable consulting services to small businesess and startups across various industries, with a particular interest in technology and retail.

 In November 2020, Faisale established FSX Management's first office in Tysons Corner, Virginia. He began reaching out to startups and local business leaders, offering FSX Management's services. Among the company's initial clients was a startup seeking to streamline the apartment leasing process by creating a centralized system. FSX Management was enlisted to implement strategies to attract more apartment companies to list available properties on the platform.

Fast forward to 2024, Faisale takes pride in FSX Management's evolution into a successful consulting and research company. While continuing to advise companies on marketing and product development strategies, FSX Management has expanded its services with the establishment of a research division. This division identifies lucrative business opportunities across various industries and presents comprehensive business plans to accredited investors. Faisale's primary focus remains on opportunities within the retail and technology sectors.

Regarding his unfinished degree, Faisale has no intention of returning to school. He remains dedicated to elevating FSX Management to new heights and making a lasting impact. Faisale currently resides in Arlington, VA.
